Do I need a credit card to try Useful Routine?
No. You can start a 30-day trial without a card. Organizations need a card before their 11th active member joins.
What happens after the trial?
Individuals can keep 3 routines on Free or pay monthly for unlimited routines. Family and Organization accounts need a paid plan to keep using shared routines. Without one, routines and history stay saved and readable.
What counts toward the 3-routine limit?
Every routine counts, including paused routines. Scheduled dates and completions don't count separately. If you have more than 3, delete routines until 3 remain to use Free, or upgrade to Premium for unlimited routines.
What does included Individual Premium mean?
Every active member of an eligible Family or Organization account gets unlimited personal routines without a separate subscription. Family and team managers cannot see those personal routines.
Who counts as an organization member?
Every active person, including the owner, admins, and regular members. Pending invitations don't count. Review the monthly price per member and your current total before you agree to pay.
Can I cancel month to month?
Yes. Paid plans renew monthly, with no annual commitment. Cancel anytime and receive a refund for the unused part of your paid billing period. Paid access ends when you cancel; your saved routines and history remain.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll notify the account owner and give you 7 days to resolve it. After that, the account has limited access: you can view routines, and owners and admins can delete them. Update billing and pay the outstanding invoice to create, edit, complete, skip, or reschedule routines again.
Will I be charged when the trial ends?
Only if you add a payment method and agree to monthly billing. This activates your plan immediately; your first payment stays scheduled for the original trial end date.
